-Where is my package?
*If you are opted in to our emails you will have received an email with the tracking and website to track said items with; however if you are not opted into receiving our emails you may have received the tracking via Messenger or Text Message.

-What is your Warranty?
*We offer a one year warranty on all our products, you would need to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number or email with which you used to purchase your item along with a video of the issue. We do not warranty items that were purchased via another retailer, as well as we do have rules and regulations we must follow, please view our warranty section for more information.
-How long is shipping?
*All of our products are shipped from North America and usually arrive within 1-2 weeks at most. We do sometimes ship from our international warehouse which can take longer.
